Vitae Duo is a GoodWay Foundation program that supports durable and satisfying marriages, as well as personal wellbeing. It uses structured reflection processes inspired by logotherapy and modern technologies that support human development.

The program is not psychotherapy and not a diagnostic tool. Its goal is to support conscious relationship development, prevent crises and build the skills that sustain strong bonds and a healthy work-life balance.

Why was it created?

The quality of family and marital relationships is one of the most important factors influencing:

  • mental wellbeing,
  • stress levels,
  • professional engagement,
  • work-life balance,
  • risk of burnout,
  • life satisfaction.

Vitae Duo was created as a tool that supports spouses in one of the most important areas of life — the relationship with their closest ones, which also affects their professional and social functioning.

How does it work?

The program guides users through regular reflection on topics such as:

  • personal and family values,
  • respectful communication,
  • responsibility for personal attitudes,
  • managing everyday stress,
  • balancing work and family life,
  • building shared goals and a shared direction for the relationship.

Artificial intelligence acts as an intelligent moderator of the reflection process. It helps organize the conversation, suggests questions, supports consistent practice and makes it easier to analyze personal answers.

AI does not diagnose, judge, interpret psychological problems, settle conflicts or replace a specialist.

Possible direction of development: applications in organizations (after the model is validated)

  • reduced effects of chronic stress,
  • stronger psychological resilience among employees,
  • greater personal responsibility,
  • better work-life balance,
  • wellbeing and ESG initiatives,

  • quality of rest,
  • conflict between professional and family duties.

Reports do not contain data that could identify individual users.
