GoodWay

We help people make better decisions.

We live in a world where every day we make hundreds of decisions about relationships, information, trust, safety and our own future. At the same time, never before have we been surrounded by so many stimuli, opinions, technologies and sources of influence.

GoodWay Foundation was established to create tools, research and social projects that help people make more conscious decisions.

We combine modern technologies, artificial intelligence, social research and education to support human development in the most important areas of life.

GoodWay Foundation team and mission

We deliver projects concerning

  • relationships and values
  • decision quality
  • digital safety
  • resistance to manipulation
  • personal development
  • social research

Our mission is to create solutions that help people better understand themselves, others and the world around them.

We believe that better decisions lead to better lives, stronger relationships and a more responsible society.

GoodWay Foundation relationship projects

GoodWay Foundation develops two independent research and development projects concerning the quality of relationship decisions at two key stages of human life:

→ before entering a relationship (Lovli)
→ during a long-term relationship (Vitae Duo)

Both projects use artificial intelligence solely as a tool for structuring the reflection process, with no diagnostic, evaluative or therapeutic functions.

Vitae Duo and Lovli are developed by the GoodWay Foundation as research and development projects funded by grants, subsidies, donations and limited paid statutory activities. All income is used exclusively for the Foundation’s statutory goals.

Young people building value-based relationships

Lovli

Lovli is a research and development project that supports conscious partner-selection decisions through analysis of the user’s values, goals and decision patterns.

The project is not a conventional dating application: its goal is not to connect people quickly, but to improve the quality of relationship decisions.

Research basis

Lovli implements the RDPM (Relational Decision & Protection Model), which studies the relationship decision-making process before entering a relationship.

Operating model: the process includes three stages

1. User modelling

The user goes through a structured process of self-reflection:

  • life values,
  • goals and direction of development,
  • relationship traits and preferences,
  • decision-making style.

On this basis, a portrait of their values, goals and decision-making style is created.

2. Matching

The system compares user portraits, analyzing:

  • value alignment,
  • compatibility of life goals,
  • similarity of decision styles.

3. Gradual contact

Interaction takes place gradually and anonymously through:

  • reflective questions,
  • decision games,
  • cognitive tasks.

Identity can be disclosed only after completing the stages.

Role of artificial intelligence: AI in Lovli

  • moderates the self-reflection process,
  • generates questions and discovery scenarios,
  • supports the structuring of values and decisions,
  • organizes the matching process.

AI DOES NOT

  • assess the user,
  • diagnose psychologically,
  • classify disorders or clinical traits,
  • issue opinions about “better” or “worse” people.

Vitae Duo

Vitae Duo is a research and development project supporting couples and marriages in reflecting on their relationship, communication and the impact of external factors on it.

Couple discussing their relationship

The project’s goal is to improve the quality of relationship reflection, not to provide therapy or diagnosis.

Research basis

Vitae Duo implements the MRSM (Marital Reflection & Stabilization Model), which studies reflection and stabilization processes in long-term relationships.

Operating model: the process includes

1. Individual and shared reflection

Users work on:

  • communication,
  • conflicts,
  • values in the relationship,
  • the impact of stress (e.g. work-home),
  • expectations and needs.

2. Structuring the relationship

The system helps organize:

  • communication patterns,
  • emotional responses,
  • areas of tension,
  • areas of alignment.

3. Moderated interaction

AI supports dialogue through:

  • reflective questions,
  • conversation structures,
  • situational scenarios,
  • shared tasks.

Role of artificial intelligence: AI in Vitae Duo

  • moderates conversation and the reflection process,
  • helps structure communication between partners,
  • organizes conflicts as neutral questions,
  • supports regular relationship self-reflection.

AI DOES NOT

  • diagnose relationships or people,
  • assess the quality of the relationship,
  • interpret psychological disorders,
  • assign blame or name the “better side” of a conflict.

Shared Foundation layer

Both projects:

  • are research and development projects,
  • serve to validate relationship decision models,
  • use AI solely as a tool for structuring the reflection process,
  • perform neither diagnostic nor therapeutic functions.

Shared mission

Supporting people in making more conscious relationship decisions at different stages of life, from choosing a partner to building long-term relationships.

Analiza digital safety

Digital threat monitoring

We monitor the digital threat landscape: fraud, manipulation and disinformation, and turn anonymous user reports into knowledge that protects people and institutions.

Compass is a program that develops tools for detecting fraud, manipulation and digital threats, together with a system that monitors their occurrence. Anonymous user reports are used to identify new methods used by cybercriminals, analyze trends and prepare reports supporting institutions, partners and educational activity in digital security.

Compass enables

  • monitoring new methods of fraud and manipulation,
  • identifying trends and changes in digital threats,
  • creating recurring reports and sector analyses,
  • providing data that supports education and prevention,
  • building a credible knowledge base on digital threats in Poland.
